Where are you?
The webmaster for this site is situated in Australia. We have shipping facilities in Fiji, Malaysia, Pakistan and Singapore. The shipping address depends on the product you have ordered and from which manufacturer it is being sent from.
What are your shipping costs?
We currently only offer registered Standard Air Mail ($US7) which orders normally arrive within 10 - 28 days after being shipped. All shipments are gauranteed.
Do I need a prescription?
You do not need a prescription to buy our products as we work under the laws of the country we ship from. We do recommend you check with your local customs to see if it is okay to import these products.
Why is the name of my product in brackets?
We are based outside the US and products are often sold under a different name. They are the same brand name product, sold by the same company under a different name or equivalent brand name product made by another pharmaceutical company.
How do I place an order ?
Ordering at our website is simple. Find a product you wish to order and click. Simply fill in the information on the form then click on the send button to send an order form to Healthy Choice Pharmacy. Goods will be dispatched promptly, as soon as we have verified your credit card details. All orders are received via a secure server, to ensure that your details are kept private and to guarantee you peace of mind. Your credit card will be charged in the amount indicated on your order and this includes postage and packaging. We can deliver to any address, including Post Office Boxes. Any items that are out of stock will be notified to you by email.
Can I track my order?
You will recieve a shipping confirmation email. Standard Air mail shipping provides no online tracking service and must be tracked from our end.
